Unfortunately it took me several weeks to resolve shortcomings in the work that the shop performed. With that done it was finally time to get the chassis back on the ground.
My goal was to get the chassis on the ground as far back in the garage as possible, ideally far enough that I could still fit all three vehicles in the garage. This was a little tricky because the back bay of the garage is fairly narrow and the rotisserie segments aren’t small, meaning that I was going to need to get the front of the chassis unmounted far enough out that the rotisserie segment could still be removed and then move the chassis further back into the bay.

After lowering the front of the chassis onto jack stands the front rotisserie segment was unbolted from the frame rails.

I hadn’t left quite enough room for the rotisserie to be moved out from in front of the chassis so I carefully used some wood and a floor jack to shimmy the chassis further to one side of the bay.

That allowed just enough room for the rotisserie to be rolled past the side and out of the way.

After some additional too-sketchy-for-pictures dragging of the front end with two 2x4s and a floor jack the chassis arrived at its final position, the rear end was dropped onto jack stands, and the rear rotisserie segment was detached. All three vehicles fit in the garage, success!
